The owners were extremely helpful, the place was beautifully presented and the breakfast was incredible. My room was much more spacious than anticipated. It is well located to explore all of the sights of Verona without the busyness of the...

Sanzanetto was recommended to us by the owner of another B&B in Verona which was full on the days we wanted to visit and we were not disappointed. It is in a good location midway between the bus/train stations and the heart of the city. The breakfasts were amazing, the en-suite room with bath was extremely clean and comfortable and...

Just returned from a w/e in Verona and what a gem to find the Sanzenetto B&B near the San Zeno area. The hosts are perfect, the B&B a delight in a quiet street and I couldn't fault the hospitality that Chantel and Maria showed us. From the moment we arrived they couldn't have been more helpful. We were given maps...

We stayed in October 2012 for three nights and I came back raving about sanzenetto. I have already recommended them to friends. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. We were also given maps as soon as we got there which was so helpful and invaluable. Breakfast was an amazing feast with fresh pastries to fresh fruit all laid out beautifully...

We recently stayed at the Sanzenetto bed and breakfast and were exceptionally happy to have found it. We were staying with another couple and had the upper rooms which were like a self contained flat. The owners were delightful and exceptional helpful and gave us a wonderful breakfast each morning. We will definitely be re-visiting on our next trip to...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Sanzenetto Bed and Breakfast welcomes you in Verona. Within the walls of the ancient city, beside the river that runs between Castelvecchio and the lively borough of San Zeno, you'll breathe the characteristic romantic mood. Slow down taking a stroll on the "rigaste" along the river to the Church of San Zeno in Oratorio, known also as "San Zenetto", one of the most ancient dedicated to San Zeno, Verona's patron, where you can still see the stone by the river on which, by tradition, San Zeno used to fish. A hidden corner where you will find books instead of television, pastel colors, a little terrace with a Virginia creeper and a tavern on the doorstep. All of this will carry you far away into the dream of the most genunine part of the town, but still close to the tourist paths. ... more   less
