As the owner seems to actively state, this isn't the prettiest or comfiest hotel, but for the price they are charging this is a good hotel. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from central Verona but we loved the walk seeing the day to day areas of the town you wouldn't see when staying in the center. Just becareful... More

Thank you very much dear guests! I am very happy that someone reads (and the most: understands!) what I write everyday honestly and in good faith! In contrast to some people who are using this tool for lying and cheating, our company is always honest and always tells the truth, without fear. We always recommend as first choice to our... More

The hotel is not far from the city center and you can park outside for free. The staff is nice and will help you with advice if you need it. The rooms are a bit old but good enough for a one night stop in Verona. I woul recommend this hotel

There is probably nothing magic about this place, but it is an incredible good value option. Buffet breakfast is included, and you can get anything, from a typical italian breakfast with croissant and espresso, to a more substantial breakfast with ham, cheese and toasted bread Parking spots are available for free, 20 meters from the Hotel. AC in the rooms,... More

Thank you very much dear guest! Thanks god someone, sometimes, uses this tool to tell the truth... We are not magic! And I want to say it again: we are not magic! We don't sell magic! We sell rooms! Only clean, quiet rooms. We have pretty good services, as you noticed, to be an easy 3 stars Hotel. We are... More

Hotel was fine and in a decent location - parking was free which seems to be rare in Italy. Had some initial room issues but they were fixed immediately. Staff was friendly and eager to please. The restaurant was very good and fun as well! The breakfast was fine. A bit of walk to attractions and center of Verona but... More

It is a bit far away from downtown if you are willing to walk, the service is not the best for the price they charge you. The receptionists were not helpful and had always a very bad mood. The good thing is that the rooms are big and have air conditioner inside. It is clean, but not much comfortable. I... More

When I read reviews like this I smile: how can someone that read this believe that this is the truth? Firstly: our Hotel is not in the city center, but just a short walk from it! The Arena is 15 minutes walk! We offer a compromise to our guests: a short walk for a lower price! If you accept this... More

We found this through Booking.com who advised that it was close to the centre. However, we found it to be a 25 minute walk into the main centre of Verona which is a long walk in hot conditions. The location also isn't well served by the town bus network so we resorted to taxis which were expensive and difficult to... More

Dear guest, 1) Booking.com shows our location on a satellite map: we are 20 minutes walking from the Arena. No way to misunderstood. In the city center there is plenty of Hotels: if you didn't want to walk you should have choosen one of those. What we offer to our guests is a compromise: a short walk for a cheaper... More

We decided to stay in this hotel since we needed something cheap with parking place and in a walking distance (1,9 km, slightly over 20 minutes) from the historical center of Verona (Arena di Verona). It was last-time reservation and the price was incredibly low compared to other hotels available at hat time in the area. The hotel was really... More

My wife and I booked this hotel via low cost holidays about two months before we travelled there between 4-7 June 2015.
