So, we went to the address listed but it was for a Hotel Marco Polo (which is evidently related) and our hotel was really up the street and wasn't marked as Gallery Room at all. That being said, it was a lovely room and a fabulous bathroom. Had to pay for wi-fi. Front desk girl was fantastic and had great... More

If you want to stay in a small personalized service hotel this is the place. Great location. Right in the middle of everything. Very helpful staff. The one who brings the luggage and the one who brings breakfast are amazing. The girl at the front desk is great. We stayed at the building across from the reception, the person at... More

This was a decent size room with a very cool bathroom. The hotel is a good walk from the town centre (would say around 15min) but the walk is nice. Quiet area in which the hotel is situated. Breakfast was okay and had to pay seperate for this.

We stayed here for 4 nights for the final part of our honeymoon tour of Italy. We had booked a Guestroom which when we arrived, was not quite as picturesque as the online photos. I was a bit disappointed as we wanted something special for the last part and so when we spoke to the front desk they moved us... More

First, I booked this hotel on Booking.com. Turns out the Gallery Room over booked and instead of letting us know ahead of time the hotel placed us in their sister hotel, The Marco Polo. Room was not even close to what I booked and for over $200 euros a night I expect a lot more then what we got as... More

The lovely city of Verona has much to offer. This time my husband and I attended a performance of Aida in the famous Arena -- a once in a lifetime experience to be enjoyed by all. Gallery Room Hotel was a welcome surprise -- little boutique hotel on a quiet side street but very central, 5 minute walk to Arena... More

This is not a hotel but is instead an annex to another small hotel. At these prices we would have expected the facilities and services that are provided by a good quality hotel. In this case you have to check in at one location and trundle down the cobbled street to let yourself in to a separate block of rooms.... More

My partner and I stayed here in early June for the last night of our holiday and had a very bad experience. First of all, the hotel Marco Polo was very hard to find, when we did eventually find it there was no where to park your car while you checking in. I went in alone to check in and... More

Stayed her for a week to explore Verona and the area from the 8th of June to the 15th. Caught the express bus to the station then a cab into town. You can walk from the station ifyou don't have much luggage. We got a cab to the airport on the way back and it wasn't much more so you... More
