There are really no words adequate for this hotel. Beautiful rooms and wonderful staff. My only small complaint was the beds were incredibly soft! The staff were so attentive, especially to my elderly mother, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel entrance is a little difficult to get to during the day as it is situated in Juliet's courtyard... More

We booked this beautiful hotel to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary based on many of the trip advisor reviews. It is an absolute gem - a very special and romantic place. Very clean and tidy, well maintained and luxurious without being over the top and unnecessary. Great central location. We stayed in Le Stella - a large room, compared to... More

A very good Romantic setting for part of my honeymoon, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the fifth floor. A excellent location, the private access to Giulietta's courtyard is really special. The breakfast served in the room is a nice touch. the staff were very friendly. We will defiantly be recommending this hotel to friends

In many ways one of the most special places we've stayed. Absolutely fabulous room - great character, size, amazing antique furniture, beautiful bathroom (with real Jacuzzi and view to die for (well it was for Romeo and Juliet!) - we had the Sogno suite overlooking the courtyard with Juliet's balcony. The staff were friendly, helpful and always there to make... More

When we entered the courtyard to the Giulietta balcony; which u must for the hotel, there were mobs and mobs of tourists. We were immediately concerned with our hotel choice. However, at 7:00 the gates are closed, and u have the courtyard all to urselves. Very nice hotel. Attractive rooms; ours was off the street view, which we loved. Immediately... More

I felt so special getting to stay at this small but very romantic and personalized hotel. Sitting within the courtyard of the Balcony di Giulietta, this private experience is worth every Euro! I felt pampered in the room with the elaborate breakfast that was served and as I sipped coffee on the balcony I looked over the streets of Verona!... More

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located right in the centre of the shopping district - with all the attractions/shopping/restaurants on your door step - nothing is more than 10 minutes walk. Once you negotiate the crowds visiting the balcony/courtyard you enter through a discreet door roped off - its a tiny entrance hall with small... More

This is really an upmarket guesthouse not a hotel: there are no communal areas to speak of. The rooms are large. However ours had the bed on a mezzanine, which I found inconvenient, especially as the bathroom was on the lower level down a treacherous (at least in the dark after a few spritzes) wooden staircase. The rooms are quite... More

We loved our two day stay here. Small, quaint and beautiful, the real gem is when the tourist gates close at 7pm, and you have the beautiful courtyard beneath Juliet's balcony to yourself. Extremely friendly staff, beautiful rooms. Magical.
