Ok hotel in Verona near centre. Rooms very youth hostel like , basic but clean. Basic breakfast but with good coffee. Warm welcome by younger lady. She speaks great English. The older reception lady is rude and says things in Italian thinking preople cannot understand.Well we do. Thankfully tbe younger lady staff member is much more welcoming! Would consider returning.

The managerial staff are very obliging . I have stayed here twice and would do so again. My flight into Verona this year meant that I arrived at the hotel not long after breakfast had been served and so in theory I was too early to check into the single room I had booked. But rather than keep me waiting,...

We had been staying at more expensive hotels over the past few days so decided to try somewhere a little less expensive. We chose this due to the location and it's just a 5 minute walk to the arena. Reception was friendly and our twin room consisted of a double and single bed. There's a small TV on the wall...

Stayed six days early August, looking mostly at art and other cultural features. Had single but air-conditioned room in extremely hot spell. Bath was tiny with annoying lack of shower curtain, but immaculate. Staff, including house keeping, all friendly and concerned with your welfare, especially Francesca, who had the most command of English and was of invaluable help in connecting...

Chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced for a weekend away in Verona to watch the Opera. Located near the arena also and the train station which linked us to everywhere with very little hassle (Airport and Lake Garda). Staff were lovely (well reception staff as only saw them), room was small but neat, tidy and clean (only used...

Hotel Trento is a small friendly perfectly located between the train station Porta Nuova and the ancient city/Arena. All within walking distance. (Appx 15 minutes from the station). Rooms are sparse but clean with good beds. Breakfast is standard italian and indeed OK. Free wifi of good quality and speed. Considering the price and what's offered in this 2-star hotel...

Great little hotel... very good value... Very centrally located, approx' 10 minutes walk from the train station, on the main road leading to the city centre, which is approx' 5 minutes away. The room was spacious, for a single booking... it was clean, and quiet... it had shutters that could be closed with the windows open. The bathroom had a...

This hotel is on a main road into Verona, which doesn’t make it a quiet place. At night, however, traffic noise dies down and you’ll be tired anyway from your explorations of Verona, so you’ll sleep quite well here. I know we did. Location is the hotel’s main selling point. Piazza Bra and the Arena are five to ten minutes’...
