I waited more than 10 minutes (with the receptionist) for hot water to come. Heating is with air conditioning units and maybe you are lucky to work. I did not have! The same receptionist tried to make it work. After more than 15 minutes he managed to make it to ventilate the air. Until morning in the room were not...

The Hotel is well located from most of the attractions. Only think don't think of walking if you have luggage, better to take a transport. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. Its not a luxury place, but rooms are basic and decent, nothing fancy. Good for a short stay as we payed euro 55 for a night which was...

The main reason we booked this hotel was its proximity to the arena and opera. For what was provided, the cost seemed high. The room was very basic though functional; the lift was too small to take luggage and two of us together; breakfast was bland and we were charged 15 euros to park in the hotel courtyard. Previously, it...

Despite the pretty dodgy decor (brown(?) fibreglass curtains), the hotel was ok. Very near the historic center, the rooms were satisactory after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was not thrilling, but I guess most Italinas don't eat much for breakfast...

On the first (and consequently only) morning of my stay, I found a bedbug crawling on the wall of my room. The staff did not seem all that concerned, saying this was the first time this had happened. Despite many requests for someone to check the situation in my room, nobody came to look. Needless to say, I left and...

My husband and I stayed here for the Verona part of our Italian honeymoon. The staff were lovely and able to direct us to the supermarket and laundrette, and happy to answer any questions we had. The location was fantastic, an easy walk to the train station with a couple of large suitcases, and just up the road from the...

Right beside the castle, this hotel is great value. Triple room was grand size, clean sheets and clean en-suite. Breakfast wasn't great though; not much choice, dodgy coffee and cereal. Nevertheless, a good base for seeing Verona.

My friends and I stayed at this hostel for just one night. We shared a triple room. It was very cheap and the location was brilliant. Now don't expect luxury by any means, it is a hostel. Our room was clean, we had an ensuite bathroom which was perfect and immaculate. The walls were thin but we were safe and...

Absolutely fantastic location, right at the beginning of Verona 's attractions and therefore also close to the train station (20 minutes to half hour walk), 3 minutes from the nicest restaurants in the city (vicolos just south of the Castle) and really clean rooms. Average self serve cold breakfast (could be more options for non dairy eaters) and friendly desk...
