Our children booked this hotel for my husbands 60th birthday, should have been here in 2020, definitely worth the wait, our room was not in the main building, it’s literally a 10 second walk from the main entrance, the room was small but was comfortable and quiet. Bathrobes and slippers provided, lovely bed, even a complimentary half bottle of Prosecco, there is also a kettle and selection of teas and coffee. Breakfast was really good, the pastries were so fresh and the staff are really nice. They have complimentary tea, coffee and cakes served in the breakfast room from 3pm. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area but a two minute walk and you are in a busy part, also only a five minute walk to the water bus area. Planning to come back in 2024 and I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel!…
I stayed 3 nights here in a junior suite with my son and granddaughter. We were in room 501, a ground floor room directly across from the breakfast room, but very quiet. The room would have been quite spacious but for the sofa bed I used. The staff was especially helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel is a bit out of the way, a short way off the main route from the train to San Marco, but that also makes it very quiet. The vaporetto stop to Murano is a short walk away & the Rialto only a few minutes walk. There are no restaurants in the immediate area but several only a short walk away. This a great base for exploring that’s a bit away from the hectic pace of San Marco.
We stayed here for a long weekend in March. Staff were superb and very friendly. Particular mention for Nedar’s excellent service and help plus the friendly breakfast team Cristina and Myrta We booked the suite which was huge with small balcony overlooking a canal - easy walk to all sightseeing areas Definitely recommend Jamie and Tammy
We have slept at Maison Venezia for one night. Everything was just perfect! The hotel is close to Rialto, very conveniently located. We have been warmly welcomed by the receptionist who is a concierge too: she gave us all the useful advice to go around. The room is spacious, silent, cosy, warm and well decorated as the hotel has been recently refurbished. The breakfast is lavish, fresh produce. Everything you may want is there. I strongly recommend this hotel, it has made our experience in this stunning town even better!!
During my summer vacation I appreciated a lot the service and it's fantatsic position. The personal was very helpful, always available, simpatic and very well organized. I had a very nice experience and will be back with pleasure. I would recommend this Hotel with pleasure.
Lovely hotel situated 10 mins from Rialto Bridge. Rooms (and bed) very comfortable. Breakfast good with pastries, fresh fruit, cooked on offer (ver good in these COVID times). Afternoon refreshments, soft drinks, tea/coffee, biscuits etc available. Staff friendly, all in all a great place to stay.
Beautiful and exceptional small hotel - could not be faulted in all aspects from arrival to departure- highly recommended 😊. Close to all interesting aspects of Venice yet off the beaten track and quiet location.
We were very fortunate enough to stay at this hotel for 2 nights in December 2019. We were blown away the second we arrived in our private luxury speedboat which pulls up right outside the front of the hotel. If you decide to catch the public water bus service, you will need to walk a couple hundred meters to the hotel – providing you are able to locate it as it can be a bit of a maze walking around. This hotel is located along a beautiful and quiet private canal in the Cannaregio area. The hotel offers complimentary spritz and afternoon tea at certain times of the day. It is located approx. 2 minute walk to a main street which is lined with restaurants, cafes and shops, and a couple hundred meters to the Venice Water Bus Service (Vaporetto). This accommodation is just stunning. We were lucky enough to stay in their best suite “Suite with Canal view”. It has a large living room with a balcony that overlooks the canal. The bedroom is extremely large as well as the bathroom. Shower, hot water, WiFi were excellent. There is an elevator to the rooms. On our first morning we opted for room service which consisted of a full continental breakfast, cereals, fresh pastries, cappuccinos, juices, and my wife was able to order her own Gluten Free box which consisted of cereals, breads, condiments, and biscuits. On the second morning we opted for the breakfast in their dining area which had many offerings to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel, and in particular this suite for anyone who is looking to make their visit to Venice that extra bit romantic and memorable. Everything here was 10/10 from the concierge, the room, the breakfast, and the location. We found this hotel to be excellent value considering the calibre of the property. As we were here in December, the price was not as high as what it would be during peak season.…
We didn't stayed at hotel. Leaving the review here to say thank you to the staff who helped us after we had a little accident with our daughter close by the hotel. All the staff on duty that Saturday afternoon was amazing and helped us like their own guests! Really really appreciated, Grazie Mille!!!
Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Venice. The location was excellent and for those who don't mind a little bit longer of a walk, within walking distance of Piazza San Marco (maybe 20 min). There are a lot of really nice restaurants nearby, the hotel was happy to help us make reservations. The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Neda was extremely helpful upon check-in and check-out. She helped us make dinner reservations, arranging airport transportation, and ensured we were able to take a box breakfast with us since we had to leave prior to the hotels breakfast hours. In addition we just enjoyed talking to her, she made our stay very memorable.
