The staff were friendly. They provided a map and information on how to get around. The email sent after I hooked provided me with useful information on how to get there. It was easy to find because the island is small (second building) walking up the path. The room itself was clean and the bathroom good. I did find the...

Great hotel, best service and far away from crowds! Loved this experience! Certosa is a small venetian island and if you look for a place in venice off turistic map just stay in venice certosa hotel. Food was really good.

Its a very hard place to find if you have never been to Venice. Ask for directions and plan your rout. The cost was better then in Venice itself so we saved some money. You arrive by Vaporreto and go to the center by vaporetto for 7 eur which is very expensive...

In generall, I can say it's a very nice hotel, but to expensive for what they offer. The room is ok, air conditioning working well. The bathromm is too little and old. The towels seemed to be new, but they where from very cheap quality, they where broken just using it. Restuarant and bar, good quality, but very very expensive....

Stayed there for a week whilst kayaking with Venice Kayak. Hotel rooms are large, functional with good bathrooms. breakfasts are good continental style. Trips to St Marks square about 10 mins on the Vaporetto which is great fun but remember the boat numbers for getting home! Drinks in the bar are cheap and snacks available at lunchtime, restaurant at night...

Dear Guest, thank you for your long stay and for your experience kayaking in Venice that is a wonderful way to discover it from the water! Looking forward to welcoming you again in the future!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Venice, but be sure you know the experience you will be getting! Certosa is quite a ways from San Marco and the other "touristy" spots in Venice (it's about a 20 min vaporetto ride), so if you're someone who doesn't like the idea of learning the public water bus system, likes to...

If you like to take the vaporetto, like to be in a quiet place outside the centre, and dont´t need to go to the hotelroom too many times during the day, this is a very good option. The hotel is not in the centre, but it is quite easy to reach by vaporetto from the trainstation or town until 9...

We stayed for 2 nights in September and were so impressed by the staff and service. We arrived after midnight and were given really clear instructions on how to get there - the night staff were exceptionally accessible at all times, and gave us a great welcome. On departure, we had an early flight to catch and they provided a...

We stayed at the Venice Certosa Hotel for one night. even though the rooms are a bit small, they are sufficient specially because you stay outside all the time. The terraces are nice and there is always a good atmosphere. One does not feel to be in Venice and that close to Canale Grande. The Island is a paradise we...
