The private taxi is approx 60 euros one way, the vaporetto ( water taxi) tickets can be bought right outside the Santa Lucia train station for 7 euros per person and it’s pretty easy to use, get of at the Rialto Mercator and it’s a short walk to the hotel from the water taxi stop, you do have to walk up and down one set of a few stairs but it’s not many
