Travellers' Choice
On the banks of Giudecca Island, a thriving artistic center of Venice, stands a modern Venetian Masterpiece. The Molino Stucky, once a flourishing flour mill, is now internationally recognized as one of Italy’s iconic pieces of industrial architecture. Beautifully restored, it now houses a hotel unlike any other, offering a unique view of Venice. A bold statement, with 379 rooms and suites, the hotel manages to balance intimacy with scale. A place of comforting guest bedrooms and unrivaled restaurants, ballrooms and meeting areas. Guests enjoy the best of both worlds. A short, five-minute boat ride from the heart of Venice, Giudecca Island provides peaceful respite from the intensity of the city and is exceptionally well served by easy access to the airport and rail station. If all this isn’t enough then there is the largest spa in Venice, outstanding service, fine dining, rooftop pool and bar with breath-taking views over the city and shuttle service.

True 7* and best Hilton Property worldwide and in Europe by a wide margin. Excellent service and attention to detail. Staff take care of all needs and are extremely kind and helpful. Nicole was great in recognising loyalty of HH and repeat guests. Renato was super helpful in the restaurant, and so was Abdel and Viktoria. All long standing staff. If you need something, please ask the staff and they will sort it out. Eg vegetarian friendly options in lounge. Rooms are to a high standard and arguably the best views in Venice. Food quality is excellent. Big thank you to all the staff.

Hotel's Favourite
The hotel is beautiful and located right on guidecca island just a boat ride from the main island away from the crowds.Room was a bid old but clean and comfortable with a great view of the water and the city. Our room had access to the executive lounge, however, this opens from 12-7 .Fantastic breakfast buffet style ,fresh orange juice and great coffee.A plus service.Excellent and professional staff .Amazing views from the pool but pool doesn’t open everyday. There is a restaurant on the main floor but food is mediocre. Shuttle boat to San Marcos island is a bonus. If you are coming here from Santa Lucia train station.take the ferry that comes to guidecca island the ferry stops at the molino stucky and it’s only 15 minutes ride also inexpensive .or you can go to San Marco and take the hotel shuttle but is longer about two hours .. the Red Cross comes to your room and do the covid test very easy so you don’t have to worry about that . I love the private feeling of this location near to all but away from the madness of the city .

My partner and I decided to book this hotel for our anniversary and we weren't disappointed. We couldn't believe our eyes when the water taxi pulled up at the hotel, it was like a scene from a movie - just breathtaking. The hotel is situated on Giudecca island and the hotel puts on a water taxi to take you to mainland Venice. This was perfect as Giudecca was peaceful and cheaper and allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle of Venice. The views across to mainland Venice were divine and the roof top bar was the perfect location to watch the sunset. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our experience extra special. Valentine knew it was our anniversary and she went above and beyond to make our week unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

The next time I visit Venice, I will surely stay at this hotel, which is a five-star experience. True, it's on Giudecca Island, which is a canal away from the hub bub and tourist crowds of central Venice. But that's no problem at all. The hotel is easily reachable with all public transportation, including frequent vaporettos (Venice's version of a city bus). The airport Alilaguna Blue Line ferry service takes you directly from the airport to the hotel. In addition, the hotel offers a frequent shuttle service to St. Marks Piazza for 8 Euros. The hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms very comfortable and the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Neighborhood restaurants are excellent and patronized by locals who clearly know what good is; not the tourist traps you find in the central Venice area. If you're going to visit Venice and want a high-end experience, this is the place to go.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Restaurants are good, especially the Aromi. The room was spacious. The staff was helpful except in the Sky Lounge. They served me only half a cocktail of which half was ice and a slice of orange. When I complained to the manager he shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. I have the pictures of the cocktail to show you.
