Hi. We caught the water bus from the train station and were travelling with a wheelchair. There is definitely no porter service at the train station. There are very clear instructions on their website on how to reach the hotel from the station. unfortunately the water bus stop requires you to have to walk over 2 bridges but once at the hotel they give you a pass to use the hilton shuttle that leaves directly outside the hotel and goes to San Marco at regular intervals throughout the day. the Vaparetto staff are generally pretty helpful with strollers and luggage but unfortunately the main way and the most economical way to get around is by water bus.
