Basic cheap accomodation near Venice, there is a shuttle bus from the campsite to Venice itself throughout the day. More for the backpacker type person. Like people have said before the runway of the airport is id say half a mile away from the campsite! Take some earplugs as they start to take off around 6.30 am! But overall good...

This place came out as the only campsite near Venice on Google so we decided to stay there. But we stayed there for only 10 min and decided to leave. It is very close to the airport so you can hear every single plane landing or taking off. So loud! We were extremely dissapointed. The washing machines did not work,...

The location was great for a late night flight into Venice, about 1.7 km's away. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. They sell a buffet breakfast which on the first two mornings was missing several items and was not as advertised. When I queried this, the young man working at the restaurant threw his arms in the air saying...

We found the camping ground to be a good place to stay, but the planes travelling overhead were very noisy, the supermarket and shop hours were not long enough, the location was good but not the best. The swimming pool was great. The bungalow was very small for the 3 of us - crawling all over each other in the...

I'll admit, we were worried when we booked here as it's quiet far from the city, but there are plenty of buses and it's only about 2Euros in and out. The accommodation is surprisingly good! We were in a twin share bungalow with a private bathroom and air-con (fantastic value). The pool area is very tempting and there's good laundry...

Tiny rooms with little ventilation. Main toilet block out of order half the time. No hot water. Food very expensive and breakfast in particular lacking in quality. Staff quite unhelpful, even to the point of rudeness.

We stayed in a 2 person cabin which was clean with food aircon. But so difficult to sleep with the aeroplanes and movement of the whole cabin when someone moves in a nearby cabin. We had a family next to us, and it is definitely not for families!!
