Very friendly reception. Rooms were nice, quirky, fun and clean. Hotel right on a canal with restaurants nearby and gondola drivers right outside hotel. Fun walk from water taxi drop off through Venice

We arrived around noon and checked in with no problems. Best to check with the hotel if you will be arriving earlier than this. They are very helpful. Hope you enjoy your stay. We loved it.
