We stayed here for three nights in Oct 2010 and were very pleased with the entire experience. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The whole place was absolutely spotless. This included our room, the hallways and public areas. Breakfast was typical European...More
Best location ever...minutes to either Accademia or Zattere vapporetto stops which together offer options to cover just about all major spots and sights. Good eateries nearby, including a branch of Pizzeria Oche and range of choices in Campo Santa Margherita and Barnabas. On the Zattere,...More
I stayed here a few years back and have visited again since then. It deserves the high ratings others have given it. One travel tip- if you are travelling to and from it for the first time DON'T go to the Zattere vaporetto stop unless...More

Dorsoduro reveals its industrial roots too, in buildings converted to house university departments or exhibitions. Campo Santa Margherita bursts with youthful energy from local students. Foot traffic bustles to and from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia train station. Evening commuters pause for an aperitivo. Neighbours exchange confidants in a campo (square) on their way to market.

All you need to do is contact the Centre yourself and they'll tell you what the price is. I tried attaching the link to the website but was told I couldn't include that (just Google it and you'll see their website (the front staff speak English). Good luck ... it's affordable compared to everything else. No reason why you should go through an agency of any kind. Good luck.
