Just 10 mins from the train station. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious They have a variety of food. The staff was very professional and the lobby was beautful. We enjoyed the stay. The rooms were spacious too.

No I'm pretty sure there wasn't. Hotels in Italy don't usually have tea/coffee making facilities, something to do with safety I think. Its a really nice hotel, and in a great position for walking around Venice.
