The hotel has great location just few streets from San Marco Square. There are plenty of shops, restaurants nearby and you are about 5-8min walk from Rialto Bridge. There are also two malls quite close.

Location perfekt. But the room with all steps wasn´t good.But the breakfast in the hotel next door was good . It was easy to go to the boat and only 5 minutes walk to the Marcusplace and tha facilities there.

This hotel is in a fabulous location, minutes walk from both the famous square and the heart of Venice and also the water busses.
The room was small but was clean tidy and well equipped as was the ensuite
