This is a fabulous place to stay in Venice! The location is perfect, just across the canal from the main train station. The room we had (115) (Superior double) was exactly as pictured on their web site, and was absolutely beautifully decorated. Cool air con, crisp sheets, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there were many varied items to choose from. There were no hot options but this wasn't a disappointment as there was so much to choose. If you are lucky you can sit on one of the outside tables and watch the world go by. We came back in the afternoon for a drink and sat in the same spot. The staff are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. We wished we could stay longer!
The staff is outstanding in every way . They are always ready to assist you .The rooms are extremely clean and decorated in a romantic Venetian style. Breakfast has anything you would like. Coffee made for you ! Perfect location if traveling by train. Nice local restaurants near hotel . This was our second stay and we definitely will stay again.
We stayed 3 nights here and would not dream of staying anyplace else when we return to Venice. The staff was friendly and professional and the location was perfect. We arrived by train from Rome and the hotel is located right across the Grand Canal, a 3 minute walk. The rooms were lovely and ours had a view of the canal. We were within walking distance of all the main sights and the hotel provided a water taxi to Murano with a glass blowing demonstration. I highly recommend this hotel.
Close to train station, this small hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly and inviting. Breakfast is very good. We had a view of the canal which made our stay very special. There is outside seating on the grand canal for a morning coffee or an afternoon bellini. Water busses are close by to all the main areas. A note to those unable to carry their bags, You need to cross a very busy bridge to the other side of the grand canal. Consider a porter which are everywhere outside the station. Not sure how much they charge.
This hotel is a very nice boutique hotel. It is right across from the train station so if you come in by train its very convenient. The room was very nice with of course a great view. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was included and quite nice, although scrambled eggs would have been appreciated. They arranged for a free water taxi to Murano island and made a reservation for us for our Gondola ride. They were quite accommodating and we would stay there again.
