Great hotel in a fantastic location, only minutes from the Vaparetto and a 3 min walk into Saint Marc Square. We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 children 16 (son) and 7 (Daughter) and had a great time. The hotel restaraunt is amazing...More

Excellent hotel. Staff was extremely helpful. Our room over looked the canal with gondolas and we could hear the serenading and applause below. Located in the center of all the designer shops and short walk to San Marcos square. Close to ACTV stop.

We were 2 families that stayed here for 2 nights. Location is great. Concierge Giovanni was very very helpful. Rooms were nice. Well decorated. Wifi was slow. The shower area needs some work. Every time you have a bath, the entire bathroom is flooded.More

Dear Atulsodhi, we've been checking the room you had and, I must say the truth, we did not encounter any problem of "bathroom flooding". Thanks anyway for your comment that gave us the chance to improve our services and facilities. We hope we'll welcome you...More

Excellent choice with friendly and helpfull staff with wonderful location. The Saint Marc Square is just a few blocs away and famous brand's shops in the hotel area. The only one disadvantage was the WiFi which was really awful.
