loved everything about it, after a week of disappointment with our previous accomodation walking into this hotel was like walking into a dream. I highly recommend this place, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, close to st marks square. Well worth the money.

Yes there is a receptionist there from 9ish, also on departure day they let you leave it in the reception area where they sit until you collect later, you’ll get the idea when you see it - ask away if there’s anything else... More
