My daughter and I stayed in the lovely flat overlooking a small and busy canal. The flat itself was very comfortable and convenient in a great location. Close to Piazza San Marco, great restaurants, and coffee shops. The Campo below was lively and cheerful. The bells of San Zaccaria were a wonderful addition to the music of the passing gondolas....

2 friends and I stayed here for 2 nights in February. As Venice is expensive this hotel was great value. We choose to be within walking distance from the train station rather than closer to the centre of Venice. Having said this it is a good 20-25 minute walk from the centre, but Venice is so pretty for us it...

We stayed here one night after needing a place to stay on very late notice. For the price we got a decent room for a great price. It's Venice we're talking about and EVERYTHING is expensive. Yeah there was some paint coming off the walls and it was a little rundown but if you want a fancy hotel you're going...

The worst hotel in italy that I've ever experienced. So far from center, but we had the idea that we can get a closer, non-touristic view from the city.. but it is much furthur than it says in the address.. The room was SMELLY, TWO BROKEN BED , BROKEN SHOWER, BROKEN TOILET..with a view to a storage room full of...

The WORST hotel experience in my life. Of all the hotels in 15 or so countries I have visited, this one was THE WORST. The room was falling apart, with paint falling off the wall and the ceiling just to land on our faces while we were sleeping, dirty bathroom and permanent residents on the floor above us having a...

The hotel is almost hidden in a backyard, and gives a feelind of privacy in a romantic setting. The rooms are cozy and clean with enough storage room for anything you might have. Included is a beautiful vanity and a bathroom, which is stocked with all the essentials you might need. The employees are all very friendly and quick to...

We stayed in the 2 bed private with shared bathroom. Everything was clean, room had a sink in it and tv. Shared the bathroom with maybe 3 other rooms but never had to wait The bell tower chimed at 7am each morning so if you leave the window open it may wake you up but otherwise quiet part of the...

Meant to review this AGES ago but never had the time. Was there January 2009, booked the double bed - shared bath. Rooms were clean with nice comfy pillows and bed. Was slightly chilly tho, the heater didn't work quite as well as it should have. They provide shower gel and shampoo if anyone's asking? No tub or hair dryer...

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, I have to say that it must be one of the best hotels in Venice for the location, service and price. Its not the Ritz, but its very clean and comfortable. Our next trip to Venice will be at this hotel! Highly recomended!
