Our room at the hotel was small but clean, comfortable and quiet. We took the tram from the train station to the “Santo” stop. On a Saturday, this was a challenge. The tram was very busy. We had two suitcases that were in everyone’s way. When we left Padua, we took a taxi back to the train station (cost 13.00 E-... More

Although it "seemed" little bit away from the museums and art galleries -which was my main reason for visiting Padua - it was close to the Basilica - which i also wanted to re-visit and the walk to the museums did not seem that far. When it rained (on one day), there was sufficient cover under the porticos. The hotel... More

Reasonably priced, but small single room (small single bed) in this well located hotel in the beautiful city of Padua. The room was very warm and the air con didn't seem to work well, so I had to open the window. There was free Wi-Fi which worked well (no security!), and a TV provided in the room - the picture... There were 4 of us so we had two rooms for a week. We all really liked the hotel. Padua was a surprise to me as regards how built up it is. But it does have a central area right at its heart. Hotel Giotto stands beside a one way street just on the outside of the more built up... More

This hotel has perfect location. You can get to every sight fast from here. The rooms are also comfortable and wi-fi worked well, too. The staff was super nice and they spoke English well. If I travel to Padova, I'll stay in this hotel. I truly recommend it :)

We stayed as a group of 8 for a long weekend. The staff are helpful if a little rushed off their feet sometimes, breakfast a little hectic for them making coffee and clearing tables, but overall very good. Breakfast itself is everything you would expect in Italy, cold meats, cheese, pastries, boiled eggs, cakes, fruit and good freshly made coffee.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very efficiently served and included a great selection of fruit, yogurts, breads, croissants, cereal, cakes, meats and cheeses. There was unlimited coffee and fruit juice. The reception staff were very helpful and polite.

My wife and I stayed at the Giotto two nights and found it to be a good value. It is conveniently located within walking distance of Padua's attractions. The room was clean and generally comfortable. The only two concerns were that the flow of water in the shower was rather skimpy and there did not seem to be any way... More

The Hotel is central to Padua being just outside the "waterways". It was ideal to walk from to most of the sights. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and continental breakfast was very adequate. The Chambermaid was also very helpful if somewhat overworked on the day that we arrived! It was very busy so we just had to be... More
