The petit palais is advertised as a 3-star hotel but it is really a 2-3 star if I’m honest, it’s a bit tired and in need of refurbishment, but it was warm at night and the staff are friendly. The boot room had boot heaters and plenty of places for skis and equipment.

We are booked through Crystal to stay here at Easter. Could anyone give me an email address for reception?
Contact details.
This is a crystal only hotel, they don't have their own website - I asked when we were there. No private bookings unfortunately. Look on the Crystal website for booking through then.
