Excellent hotel that gets you exactly what you need. Very nice and basic accommodation with nice and friendly staff and nice bar and restaurant. The owners are super nice and have a cute dog. I've been many seasons to Cervinia I have sent many friends there, they have never been disappointed.

I travelled here last January with a group of friends. I have read many negative reviews but based on my experience I feel it deserves a solid review. It has many pros and cons and I feel it best to decide if the hotel suitable based on the travellers needs. For this trip it was to be as close to...

We visited the Petit Palais the 1st week of April and were given two adjacent rooms at the end of a corridor for our family of four which included two teenagers. The rooms were very clean although in need of a refurb and towels were changed mid-week. The rooms didn't have a view as they were at the back of the...

The hotel is close to the main gondola and well situated. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We were all inclusive and the food was of a good standard. Lunch was provided and was presented at breakfast so it could be taken to the slopes during the day. The bar area was quite...

A great week at the Petit Palais with a couple of mates & my son. The Hotel offers excellent breakfast and dinner with an average pack lunch, The bar offers free soft drinks, tea, coffee, hot choc, beer, wine, spirits & cocktails between 4.30-10.30pm. The hotel does need a refurb, however this would put an extra star on it's rating, and therefore Crystal ski sticking another £250 on...

This was the third year that our family stayed at the Petits Palais - the previous two years were under different management. Kay, Alessandro and Nadia were very welcoming, friendly and approachable. All of the staff there were very helpful and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them. I had my 18th birthday while we there and Nadia...
