Distinctive and stylish mountain chalet, located on the pedestrian street of Breuil-Cervinia. Our small, charming hotel, kept in detail, all wood, wood paneling and old references to the passion for the mountains, reflected the spirit of our family of mountain guides and ski instructors. We want our guests, welcomed with warmth and familiarity, living in our hotel a true alpine experience of life. The hotel common areas (bar, lounge, reading room and TV room) to pamper the visitor, to create a "home", from rustic fabrics, books and objects of art poor mountainous Valle d'Aosta. The whole hotel is covered by wi-fi. The nearest ski lift is 50 meters from the hotel, the golf course is 100 meters and public parking at 30 meters. It is available to customers a ski / golf bags / bikes. Managed since 1968 by the family Pession.

Where to begin? After touring Italy’s major cities and sights, we chose the Hotel Mignon to end our trip with a bit of skiing and to unwind at the base of the Matterhorn. The hotel could not have been more comfortable and professionally managed. The staff are tireless and wonderful, and seem to really enjoy making the guests want for nothing. It was great value and a short 50m walk to the lift, shops and restaurants. However, our best meal was served right in the hotel. Make sure you let them know at breakfast that you will be returning for dinner. The ski equipment storage is first rate with heated boot posts and sliding ski and board racks.

The Mignon Hotel is a wonderful wonderful place in Cervinia in the Aosta Valley nestling high in the Italian Alps under the mighty Matterhorn. The views are spectacular! We have just returned from staying there for a two week ski holiday. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Cretaz Ski lift which gives access to a huge range of slopes that should suit all abilities. We managed to ski for 12 of our 13 days and loved every minute. The hotel itself is full of character, very very comfortable and there’s nothing not to like!! There is a very convenient boot room for storing your skis and drying off your boots. The rooms are welcoming and very well kept. The chef is truly amazing and the quality of food and service is of the highest standard. Luca and Francesca in the restaurant are very knowledgeable about local produce, wine and cheese; and you couldn’t ask to be looked after and better. The attention to detail throughout reflects how much love Christiana, her two sisters and their families have invested in this real gem of a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble!! This was our second visit and we will definitely be back. If you are looking for great skiing in a high Italian resort and a great hotel close to bars, shops and amenities then look no further than The Mignon in Cervinia!!

One of the bet ski hotels I've stayed in. The family who run it are friendly and funny and nothing is too much trouble. Delicious breakfast with quick charming and efficient service. My room was quite small but a very comfy bed, unlimited hot water, a kettle in the room and NOT TOO hot. Large warm ski room, accessible from street and a lovely cozy bar.

We spent a week at Hotel Mignon and we loved it! The hotel is cosy and gorgeous in a traditional Italian setting. The three ladies running the hotel were wonderful and helpful in every way, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to our super friendly, helpful, cheese- loving waiter Luca who was full of smiles and enthusiasm everyday.

The hotel is well-appointed and had everything we needed for a week of skiing. The food at the hotel was also incredible, with daily breakfasts and wonderful 5 - course dinners included.

Thank you so much for your hospitality, we’d love to visit again soon.

Stayed at the Hotel Mignon 24th to 31st January 2004. What a find! Not mentioned in reviews, but the only reason I can think is that people want to keep it secret! It is a small hotel (20 rooms) run bu 3 sisters and their mother. The rooms are of excellent quality, the staff oh so friendly, the atmosphere warm and the food....... well the food is to die for! And it is all just 50 metres from the slopes. Being high Breuil-Cervinia has great snow, even early and late season. It is a small place and the night-life is on the quiet side but hey, once you've skied al day on those long gliding slopes, explored the shops, had a drink or two and had your 4 course evening meal with wine then partying is not uppermost in the mind.

We stayed here in Jan 2005, Excellent hotel & made very welcome. The location is good approx 2 mins from the nearest lift. Rooms were ideal & the evening meals were excellent quality & value. The service was superb.
All in this hotel is a good choice & we drove from Turin approx 1.5 hours & a free car park is 2 mins away.

A great welcome from the staff and nice rooms, plenty of hot water and super beds, food was very good. I teach all over the Alps and know a lot of the hotels for having stayed in them with organized groups of skiers or Private lessons....Hotel Mignon is a treat and a surprise to keep for us and our friends. I will be back net ski season.

A nicely decorated hotel with a nice homely feel, however there was a strange tendency for staff / one of the owners to go into the rooms for some reason several times during the day and enter without knocking first and, given that our room could not be locked from the inside, we felt that this was an invasion of our privacy, especially given that one of us was far from being fully dressed when we received an enexpected visit within the first few hours of arriving at the hotel. We don't believe that this was just a problem with our room as we saw one of the owners coming our of other rooms in the hotel during the middle of the day, long after the cleaning rounds had been completed. We can only recommend that guests use their 'Do Not Disturb' sign wisely!

Just returned from a great stay at Hotel Mignon in Cervinia on a skiing trip. Super hotel and a great location right in the centre of town and moments from the nearest lift. Stayed B&B and the rooms were very good and breakfasts excellent with great staff throughout. We will be back!
