The hotel isn't 4 stars worthy: service is bad and in halfboard the food is lousy: After trying a couple of nights in half board, we gave up: Every meal a wrong dish was presented; lasagne was cold inside; hamburger raw; meet and fish didn't came with the promissed sauce; The salad buffet wasn't anything more than onions and coleslaw;...

The receptionist was absolute lovely, she welcomed us and despite our fairly late arrival had kept a table for dinner for us. Our waiter David was great, a real star! The bartender David ( a different one) was chatty, really fab! Overall great food and lovely staff. The hotel is just a few minute walk to the ski lifts.

I have been to the hotel restaurant twice as a guest of a group of friends. As an italian I can definitely say the dinner was very poor in terms of quality of the food, taste and service, I was very surprised since it is a 4 stars hotel, but the level of the restaurant is definitely low, I was...

Lovely hotel in a good location with really friendly staff. The fun bar with quirky artistic input Forman artistic member of the owners family eg sofa stuffed with hay covered in clear fabric is funky and comfy. We stayed on half board ie bed, breakfast and dinner. The evening meals were of a very high standard and the service is...

The Good Fantastic proximity to the slopes - 163 paces from boot room to the chair lift. Really pleasant staff - Receptionist / Breakfast staff / ground floor bar staff are super friendly. Good boot/ski room with heated racks and a well kitted out "Wellness" spa room. Free wifi - worked well in the rooms. Did not work in the...

We stayed in the"penthouse" apartment in the roof space of this lovely hotel. The '"penthouse" is not advertised on the website, but we stumbled across it on the Homeaway website. It is warm and superbly well equipped (you could be fully self catering if you wished) with amazing views of the mountain. For all back ache sufferers- the beds are...

Lovely traditional hotel with brilliant, friendly staff. The upstairs bar was particularly comfortable with a lovely log burner. Our room was spacious and comfortable and kept extremely clean. The shower was tiny and even without a radiator on, it was very hot. We couldn't open the window because there was music from the downstairs bar and other establishments blaring past...

The Punta Maquignaz gives you a warm and welcoming feeling as you walk in, which stays with you through your holiday. The warm lobby and lounge areas contain several cosy corners and comfortable chairs to relax in after a day's skiing, over a glass of Prosecco, and the restaurant is a wonderful place to sample the diversity and quality of...

Located in the heart of the village and only a couple of minutes from the lift system, we find this to be an ideal hotel. Rooms were spacious and warm (maybe even too warm - but that's no bad thing on a ski trip). Staff were excellent, very welcoming and friendly. We were on a half board deal and both...
