The staff is Chinese, just for saying because for us this was a surprise. Then don't worry if the police is out of the hotel because they are making some controls (when it happened we couldn't believe it🙈). About the room, it isn't that bad considering the level of the place. The really good thing is the position and the...

The service was great. breakfast starts from 7am till 10am. The day we were leaving at 6:30am we asked the manager if he could give us at least a cup of coffee.Instead he prepared us the usual breakfast at 6am. Very helpful and nice staff. The room was enough and very clean. It is very central, accross the road to...

It's really an horrible hotel! Dirty, looks like an construction place. Stinking everywhere. The shower is a complete joke! Just like the beds, luckily we had our sleeping bags with us! It's a Chinese family who try to run the place. But they have no clue what they are doing. Don't speak any english, french or german. So no communication....

It is simple, but very well located, near the subway and a rail station, the breakfast is not so good, but the coffee is expresso. It is clean, and the building needs some maintenance. The biggest problem is that people talk a mix of chinese and italian, with some words of english, but they do their best to understand you.

I went with friends to the Slow Food Fets, Salone de Gusta, at the other end of the Via Nizza. Location of the hotel is great, many first class restaurants nearby, transport links perfect and just outside the city centre. Having said that, the hotel is tired and I noted prostitutes nearby and actually saw them coming in and rentig...

Went to Turin in May 2010 to see the Holy Shroud and stayed in Taverna Dantesca for one night. The hotel has a geat location - close to underground, railway and bus stations and also to the Old Town. Rooms are basic but have everything. However no one at the reception spoke any English at all, therefore had to figure...

We booked this complete rip-off through ---- and paid up front 400 euro PER NIGHT. We were to have a quad or triple room and ended up with a small double for two adults and two kids. The carpet in the hall wasn't tacked down, the noise from the street was unbearable even with a white noise machine in the...
