We got a bit anxious at first when we arrived as the area seemed a bit dodgy. We found the safe parking recommended by the hotel for 18€ a day which was fine. The rooms are good and have mini bar and kettle. We got a room on the inside courtyard which was very quiet. The breakfast included got a...

This was our second visit to the hotel and again we were not disappointed. The location is perfect for sightseeing as it's only a short walk to the end of the road and a central area where trams and tourist buses, restaurants and shops are located. The hotel itself is small but cosy and the rooms are very comfortable. We...

We booked this hotel as we've experience of Best Western hotels in the UK. We booked a superior room for 4 nights & contacted them to see if they could provide vegan options for breakfast, they said they could and would. Upon arrival we discovered we had a standard room, which couldn't be upgraded until the following day & when...

Situated very near Porta Nuovo station, Best Western proved once again to be extremely reliable. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and room was spotless. Don't be put off by the surrounding area- lots of bars, cheap eats and great restaurants near by. Will definitely be staying there again!

Me and my my boyfriend stayed there for 3 nights in April. I loved the hotel. It's not the one you'd describe as perfect, but i found it absolutely charming. Decorated in lovely Italian style. Yes, the room was very cozy, and the shower cabin tiny...which my nearly 2 meters tall boyfriend struggled with a little bit...but to me it...

Good value, friendly welcome. Rooms not large but everything works and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. breakfast included - not a vast range but you can boil your own egg! Have stayed here several times and would definitely recommend it. Close to bars and restaurants and the little local market.

The location is very convenient as it is close to the train station and at walking distance to the centre. The rooms are clean and beds are good. Breakfast is also very good with everything one would require.

Stayed for 1 night. Looking for a place next to the rail way station and BW looked the best choice. Our room was on the 5th floor and it was absolutely nice - big, fantastic view, cozy and nicely equiped. The location was a bit worring but there are several really nice places for dinner near by. It also a...
