We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Pinin. It's a fairly modern Italian house with 4 rooms to rent. It's a 10 minute scenic walk to the charming center of town, Orta San Giulio, which has several restaurants. Choose your room carefully. They are priced appropriately for their views and bathroom situations. One room has a view only of the...

Wonderful stay, stunning views, quiet, very clean, good breakfast, gracious hostess, everything you need to unwind from the stresses of the daily grind. Stayed in early April 2013, season not really underway yet but found everything we needed was easily available in Orta which is about a 10 minute stroll from the Villa.Would like to re visit in season as...

We stayed with Mariagrazia in September 2012. She was a perfect hostess, and Villa Pinin is a wonderful B&B. Very convenient to Orta, and in a beautiful location. Orta is a fascinating and historic town. Don't bother with Como. Spend at least 3 days, as we found 2 days too short and left for the rest of our trip reluctantly....

Beautful room, great breakfast and location. You won't believe the view from the terrace, absolutely magical. Marigrazia was so gracious, picked up us at the train station and arranged a ride for us when we left. The swimming on the the little beach was unforgettable. Loved every minute and can't wait to return!

Villa Pinin was a great find. Mariagrazia was so lovely and her house in a beautiful spot. We had the Blue Room which had a beautiful view, and was very prettily furnished. We were made to feel totally at home and very relaxed. There is a small beach a few secods walk away where you can swim, and then a...

We stayed in the largest of the rooms which has a private bathroom. The room was really nice and had a shared balcony. The room could have benefited from a fan as the heat was intense and the mosquitos took advantage of any open window. The breakfast was great every moning and the hostess Mariagrazia was very helpful and friendly....

Villa Pinin is a good choice for a place to stay while visiting the wonderfully charming and romantic village of Orta San Giulio. Mariagrazia is a very kind hostess. She speaks some English, and we only speak a bit of Italian, but we were able to communicate adequately during our stay. The modern villa is in an excellent location. The...

Unlike some previous reviews, we did not find this B & B equal to a 4 or 4 1/2 star caliber. The owner was very nice, however, the furnishings were very dated, albeit clean. We stayed in the "green room" which had a small (shared) balcony. What would have made it better was to have a small bar fridge, a...

Dear Customer, first of all, thank you for your review, which is however important for turists to be aware of B&B facilities and aspects... We would like to point out that Villa Pinin B&B is not a 4 stars Hotel, but a family run B&B, with appropriate facilities. For example, the refrigerator is in the kitchen, available for guests, if...

I agree with the previous reviews- quiet, great lake view and kind hostess. We stayed in the Green room with two windows. The room was nicer than the photos on their website. We were there in mid October and the weather was starting to change but it was sunny during the day. Easy walk to town. Mariagrazia is a wonderful...
