Very good hotel service for comfortable stay. Room service is also very good. We've felt comfortable staying here. Breakfast is very rich and the rooms are clean. Nice room furniture with contemporary bathroom designs and decorating ideas.

We have stayed for three days in this hotel and already the first morning we were met by bad service: we came down to breakfast just after the large group, so all the tables were used and not cleaned. Only one lady was working, and it took her nearly 20 minutes to clean just one table for us! Then, there...

Dear Anastassia, first of all I would like to thank you for having stayed with us. Even more for your "beautiful" review. Readers will appreciate my sarcastic note, it's due, once I provide full explanation. Upon arrival one of your party member parked a smart Porsche Cayenne in our underground garage. He did so despite my staff advised him NOT...

To begin with, the Lovera Palace Hotel is a lovely building in the center of Cuneo. The train station is a bit far from the center, so you may need to take a taxi if you are carrying luggage.. Price, around 10 €. Our room was on the 3rd floor, facing a church. Very quiet and peaceful. The room was...

We really enjoyed our stay in this family run hotel in the heart of Cuneo. The helpful and friendly hands-on owners were so welcoming and did everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our room was perfect, quiet and at the back with a delightful view of an old church. We ate an excellent meal in the hotel...

stayed here for two nights at the end of a Hedonistic Hiking tour in the area. The hotel is very clean and central for all the shopping and attractions you may want to visit. The rooms were spacious, tidy and clean, though the towels in the bathroom were a little worn. The staff were pleasant and anxious to please, and...

Excelent location right on Via Roma in the midle of the old town. I prefer it more than hotel on the main square. Friendly and smiling staff willing to help. Nice bar to take beer or wine before going for dinner. Another Bar/Caffe in front of the hotel. Room spacious and clean, bathroom with bath as well. Wifi connection seems...

This hotel must be classed as one of teh best hotels in Cuneo, and is ideally located right in the heart of the old town. Direct access to the centre of the town, and good parking at the rear of the hotel (just remember the streets are narrow though!). The rooms themselves are very confortable, with great beds. With very...

Hotel Lovera Palace was kind enough to book my tour group. They had smiles the entire time and opened their lobby to us to enjoy some local food and drink! The breakfast was very nicely displayed and tasted delicious! The restaurant was small and cozy very happy with our stay!

Dear Sir I am so sorry for all the inconvenience you have suffered. Once again we are NOT a SPA Hotel but we are a nice 4stars hotel in central Cuneo that provides for free an "excercise room" with a sauna. I am sorry that coincidentially it seems somes working machines went off. Unfortunately it happens during the festivities and...
