I am truly happy that I chose to stay here! First of all, the metro is next to the hotel, you just cross the street. Secondly, the hotel is very clean, the rooms were cleaned everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you! For sure I will be back!

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, who were extremely accommodating to our needs. The rooms were spotless, smelled freshly clean, and were cleaned everyday. The room met our needs, with a comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioning that we could set to our desired temperature, and a nice bathroom with a big shower. The rooms didn’t have room keys, but instead had locks with codes which was great because we didn’t have to worry about losing the key!
The BREAKFAST was IMPRESSIVE. With eggs, sausage, meat, cheese, a bunch of fruits and pastries - there was something for everyone. There was a variety of breads that you could toast, croissants (that they warmed fresh for you!), as well as an assortment of delicious jams, yogurts, and juices. What blew me away was the freshly squeezed orange juice - they had a juicer so you could make your own fresh juice and I absolutely took advantage of that, having two glasses every morning.
The location was great, just outside the metro but far enough from any of the noise.
I rarely leave reviews for hotels but I was honestly very impressed with this one, it was a great start to our Italy trip. Worth the price 100%!

The hotel is relatively centrally located in a complex of office buildings, close to the metro.
Our rooms were large, equipped with safe, desk, LCD TV, spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, shower and intimate gels, liquid soap and hair dryer.
The rooms were very clean.
Breakfast was excellent: scramble eggs, fried sausages, boiled eggs, ham, salami, yellow cheese, brie, cream cheese, butter, yogurt, several assortments of jams, 5-6 assortments of sweet pastries, Lavazza coffee machine, tea, water, fruit juice at the machine. Fresh orange juice was a big plus.
From the reception you could buy various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at very good prices compared to what other hotels offer.
The hotel has underground parking for 15 euros/day.

What can I say? Marco, Vlad, Gabriella and Roberto always make me feel at home and that they genuinely appreciate my loyalty. They've earned it.
Location: The hotel is easy to get to from the airport (Malpensa Express to Garibaldi Station with the subway that takes only two stops and a walk across the street). The Cenisio subway stop across the street brings you to the center of the city in less than 5 minutes.
Rooms: Clean, functional and comfortable. Bathrooms, while small, are also completely functional with the singular exception of the drainage in the shower but this is 100% attributable to the way the building was originally constructed - NOT due to ANY lack of maintenance or care.
At this price point, it is worth it to splurge for the slightly more expensive room category guranteeing a high floor with a city view.
Keep up the great work!

Excellent hotel near the monumental cemetery of Milan with the possibility of parking in a covered garage with a supplement of twelve euros per night.
Convenient for getting around, with the bus and metro stop (Cenisio) just a few hundred meters away which allows you to get to the center in less than twenty minutes.
Very comfortable room, equipped with safe and fridge with the possibility of purchasing snacks and water at the reception.
Good cleaning with daily towel replacement on request and soap dispensers always full.
Television with the possibility of watching Sky channels for free, good wifi signal coverage.
Helpful and courteous staff.
We did not use breakfast (nine euros per person), but the hotel has the possibility of an automatic coffee and cappuccino vending machine at the reception.

Good WiFi, parking in the garage underground for €10 a night, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. You can walk to the park and Duomo area from here about 35-40min walk or get scooters/bikes. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. All the photos on here represent the hotel well. Would recommend. I would advise bringing a multi-way charger though as there was only one plug socket in our room

When I choose a B&B I already know that it is a basic standard but clean, essential and without surprises. In this case it is practically in front of the metro 5 exit so very convenient. Safe area, quick check in, comfortable bed, quiet room, ok staff.
On the negative side, the price of breakfast is inappropriate and unjustified so I didn't have it. Wifi not very fast. A bottle of fresh water in a room costing 100+ euros per night would be greatly appreciated and would turn into a valid investment to renew trust

We stayed here for 4 nights and thought the location was great. A metro stop right over the road and close to Giribaldi station so good for the Melpansa express. The hotel is nicely tucked away from the Main Street so is quiet. The area isn’t very busy but has a fair few bars/restaurants in the area which we ate at more than the centre. The main problem was we were in room 916, right next to the lift. The noise was unbearable at all hours as you can hear the lift running constantly. We tried to move however all they could offer was a disabled access room that was awful. We unfortunately had to stick with our room and put a white noise podcast on our phone to block it out! The shower head was also broken so had to hold the shower head each time we needed it. The beds were comfy but pillows not so good. It was a good price for Milan but a few issues have left us debating if we would stay again, but the area is definitely a plus!

I booked 3 rooms through booking with ALL taxes and fees included, pre-called support booking .com, they confirmed that the city tax is also included. On arrival we refused to be checkined into rooms if we do not pay the tax again.

Response from BBHotels_Italy, Responsabile relazioni con la clientela at B&B Hotel Milano Cenisio Garibaldi
Responded 24 Jan 2020
Dear guest we would like to thank you for sharing your experience. Bookings from portals, such as the one named, include the taxes (VAT) and the commissions of the portals but not the tourist tax. This is clearly written in the booking process where the tourist tax is shown but then paid separately directly at the hotel. We are sorry that this was the cause of the negative experience and we suggest that you always book from the official channels and if you need information, contact the hotel staff rather than third party customer services. With our best regards,, Roberta, B&B Hotels

Dear guest,
yes, this hotel ask for the city tax as all the hotels in Milan.
Have a nice day,
Kind regards
