Location is fine, staff super friendly, and the hotel is clean. We had a nice stay, especially given the price! The hotel is on a relatively quiet street, with a couple of good cafes nearby and the so-so shopping district of Corso Buenos Aires one street away. It's a pleasant stroll into the center of the city.

We needed a place to stay while visiting the Milan Expo and chose it at the last minute because of the location- close to the red line and many shops and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and basic but cramped and sparsely furnished. The bathroom though refurbished is long and narrow. It has no hooks to hang stuff, even...

Stayed here for three nights during a visit to EXPO 2015. The hotel's location is excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the central train station. It is a basic one star hotel, with small very basic rooms. The furniture is Spartan, and somewhat worn. The beds are not very comfortable. Bathroom is very small but functional. Everything is sparkling clean/...

Clean, bare bones hotel in walking distance of Centrale and the Lima metro stop. Comfortable bed. No safe in room. Snacks and soft drinks for sale in lobby. Staff was friendly, with varying degrees of English speaking. Some restaurants within walking distance. Great price. Would stay again.

It was an average hotel, stayed one night. It was alright. Good location near the transport links. The room seemed old fashioned and had a musty smell. It was good for the one night sleep since it was cheap. Nothing much to rave about the hotel.

Hotel is located on a quiet street parallel to C.so Buenos Aires, a major shopping street. Room is simple but comfortable and clean. The fellow at reception was extremely courteous and helpful. Easy access to the Lima Metro station (which runs directly to Expo,Rho Fiera)

Stayed for 4 days in July. Hotel is very central, close to shops, one of the main shopping street (Buenos Aires), train station (Stazione Centrale), metro (Lima). Staff were polite from the beginning. There is no view or whatsoever from window, just a boring, very small courtyard. Walls are very thin, literaly you can hear everything. Apart from that it...

That hotel is in a good location, close to metro stations that can take you anywhere. The room (for two) was small but not too small and everything was clean and organized. It was a good value for the price

We loved it! The trip to Milan was a birthday present and we were looking for a nice place to stay for 4 nights. We've looked up and we found this little place. The hotel was on renovation, but it did not bother us, we did not heard any noise or other inconviniences. The reception staff (was a man, sorry...

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
