The room was extremely dirty, full of spiders, mosquitoes and dust. Old furniture, our door didn't work properly. The old man owner didn't understood any english, french or spanish, only italian. Only good thing is that this so called "hotel" is close to Duomo. We paid a lot of money for this awfull condition.

Rooms are dark and dirty with noncomfortable beds, I could call them campingbeds. Very dirty bed covers and odd strange towels. Poor service and breakfast. Not nice and unhelpful ladyowner. The worst was that they are locking all doors at 2 o'clock pm everynight and you got no chance to come back to your own room which you payed for!...

We stayed at this hotel for one, very long night. It is centrally located in a very nice building within minutes from the Duomo, however the hotel is not cared for at all. It does not seem as though anyone has bothered to clean the bedrooms or bathrooms for months. It was filthy. It stank of cigarette smoke, even though...
