Recently been there, had a really nice stay in the hotel. The staff is really very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well furnished and clean, clean towels and shower gels are provided daily. The room too is cleaned everyday. Room is quite comfortable. I don't know why people are complaining about this hotel, but for my part I can...

This hotel is pretty close to the centrum, you have the breakfast included - very poor but better than nothing. The room was pretty clean, the location is calm, everything went easily.. for sleeping and lowcost travelers ok.

I don't know why people talks bad about this hotel, all went fine. Last but not least the gorgeous white dog welcomed me ! The room was clean , the whole staff smiled often and I didn't get any kind of issue there. Sure u can't get a five stars service but if u are looking for value of money...

If I had not laughed about this place, I certainly would of cried. This hotel is dreadful, in fact, it is not a hotel nor a hostel, it is a grotty run down building. There is absolutely no saving grace. The website is the biggest con, where is the Hotel Piola shown on the website?? This is certainly not the...

I don't even know where to begin with this review. Checked out this afternoon and still seething with anger. In terms of the hotel, it's kind of what you expect for the price - except for the mangy dog that stinks out the whole building, leaves puddles of drool over the communal stairways (hazardous and disgusting) and jumps out terrifying...

Worst place I ever stayed! The room was full of damp, even the sheets were somehow wet. The remote did not work, we had to request another, they gave us minus 50 cents change when we paid the city tax, they did not offered us the wi-password, we were too disgusted to ask for it. There was no heat during...

Rooms are old, bathroom was OK. Bed was clean and I was tired so slept well. When we checked in I glanced across at the breakfast room to see the tables already laid with plates and food on them. As discovered in the morning everything prepacked, juice from machine but no hot drinks unless you want to pay extra. Good...
