Dirty sheets, we foud hair and cut nails in bed, the light was not functioning properly, i had the feeling that i needed to sanitize everyrhing i touched there. Staid for 2 nights and will never go back. Staff was nice though, noting bad to comment here.

This hotel is exactly what you pay for. I stayed with three other friends in a private room with our own bathroom. Breakfast was very basic. The rooms were super clean and the hotel staff so was friendly and helpful. The best part about this hotel is the public transportation right out front. There is a bus or trolley stop...

Comfortable hotel near the city centre of Milan, 5 minutes with public transport. Comfortable rooms for the amount you pay. Not classy, even a bit shabby, but for the money you pay, it's great. Very close by a cheap bar for drinks and good food.

After backpacking round Europe and using hostels, we were craving a bit of personal space. For pretty much the same price that we had been paying as hostels, we got a double room. It doesn't have the most up to date decor but it's spotless and does the job. You do have to share a bathroom but they're clean so...

This hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The location is nice as long as you are okay with being on the fourth floor, which we actually enjoyed. It was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast they provided was homemade and great, they were very helpful when we asked questions about the city and where to go....

Old hotel in a 4 floor in a flat in milan. The price it's very good. Room old and not a lot clean, breakfast very poor. But the price was very cheap in a city like milan for me very expensive. I will come back only for the price just for one night.

clean and odour free room, shared clean bathroom. Some noise from other floors, but that's Italy. Hotel is a ten room complex located on the 4th floor of a nice old building - elevator accessed hence no issues going up. Reception is open 24/7, keen to help at any time. Not sure what the smoking policy is, but at night...

Staff are really lovely. Breakfast is basic, but enough to fill you up. Shared bathrooms are clean. Hallways echo a lot though, if you're unfortunate enough to have loud people in the hallway it will wake you up. Not the hostel's fault, just bad luck really. Location is really good, we walked pretty much everywhere from the hostel.

The owner went out of her way to help me. She stored my insulin in her private fridge. The second morning she made me a fresh fruit salad and an egg instead of the choco and apricot croissants. She has tried to make the place nice. Everything was clean, if a bit tired. On the street you get a view...

The friendliest staff we've come across during our travels. The people working here are very welcoming and generous. There's a bus stop just across the road from the Hotel and you can purchase the bus tickets from a small tobacco shop to the left of the hotel for €1.50. The rooms are kept in great condition, they're very spacious, the...
