We stayed here in March and lived in a family suit. We liked it. Everything clean and comfortable.
All necessary toilet things are provided.
One minus is if you wake up late you can stay in turn for breakfast.

The hotel is old, not well kept and outdated. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room. The size was great, however, when we opened the sleeper sofa, the bathroom and entrance door were blocked. It was too...More
Hotel has nice rooms, but the floors smelt of sewage which seemed to fill the bathrooms as well.

We took the Malpensa Shuttle Bus outside of Terminal 2. It drops you off at the train station in Milan. From there the metro is one block away and we bought a 3 day metro pass inside the metro station at a tobacco shop to avoid the long queue at the ticket machines. If I recall the price of the Shuttle Bus ticket was 10€ one way and 16€ for a round trip ticket back to the airport. From the Metro Station it's just a short ride on the "3" line to Crocetta station, very near the hotel. But with five people it may pay to invest in a taxi van to take you right to the hotel, as Jimbo 1909 says.
