Of the worst places where you can stay, bad attention, appalling service. I paid for a room "with bathroom" thing that is not true ALL the bathrooms are mixed public, in terrible conditions. The rooms smell musty, are very ugly and have no heating. On the front desk there is never anyone, and they charge a "tax" that they invent,...

We booked this place because of the reasonable cost and the convenient location only 5 stops by Metro from the famous Duomo in Milano. Arrived around 10pm found out that there is an extra fee of 3 years per person per night for bed linen, somewhere listed on their website but we booked through a third party operator. The fee...

TO any travelers on the Way to Milano, please dont book this! We end up there with the Police because the Man from the Reciption touched all our clothes, and put them into another Room. It was dirty, unprofessional, and loud. We stayed there for one night then we changed Hotel.

I've stayed there with my daughter and a friend last summer. In all honesty we were very well welcomed! It's not a five star ambience but you sure get your money's worth. We found it clean comfortable , wifi free, friendly staff what else do you want for less than € 20 a night??? I just don't understand certain people...

Horrendous place. Staff are incompetent, lazy and dreadful hygiene. Asking for a towel was like trying to crack the da Vinci code - staff lied about not having them and was furious when had to get out of their seat to get one. Had to put a padlock on my bag as staff spoke to me aggressively and didn't feel...

The staff were really really rude and disrespectful!!! The place was not clean at all and the walls were dirty and full of mold and moist, I could even see a cockroach as I got there. You have no security or privacy, because they don't even give you the key of the room and they enter into the room like...

I cannot claim that this is a fabulous hostel. It isn't . The staff however is friendly. More than anything else, this is a really cost effective option. Don't expect anything over the top. The toilets are not great. There is no common space to hang out . It is more like a sleep in option. It worked for me...

Horrible place! I have never been in a place like that. I don't even know from where to start. The receptionist was impolite. The bathroom dirty and everything broken and old. A broken shower which i guess has been left like this in order to discourage guests from taking a shower during their stay. Dirty linen. This place should be...

Room was nice, we actually booked for 3 people but ended up with a 4 bed room and private bathroom. Really easy trip on the Metro into the centre of Milan. Great price for the location. Really friendly & helpful guys running the hostel.

Dirty, smelly place. Personal is rude, incompetent. They are asking for extra payment for every single thing. We have booked two rooms, one of which was called "Superior twin" and second room for 4. As a result got one room where they placed one big bed and 4 small beds. Personal saying we don't know, we cannot help, we are...

“The rooms were really ugly. The worst was that the sheet the put on your bed was folded weirdly so that there was one sheet instead of two. It was difficult not to touch the mattress. ”
