It was very difficult to find the hostel. We went by tram and then, after beeing lost, we decided to pay for a taxi because it was impossible to find. Poor quality of the room, beds and bathroom. Extreme lack of cleaning. We had to pay 20 Euro deposit to have our key. Breakfast included ONLY a coffee and croissant....

The room was spacious with a full bathroom. It was clean and the service was excellent. Breakfast included a coffee and croissant. The rooms walls were thin and we were right next to the vending machine so we were woke up a couple times but went right back to sleep. If you are a light sleeper and/or if you get...

Well, let's say that you want to book a cheap hotel room in Milano for a night or two, don't waste your time here. You get to this hotel, but what you get is literally a room and bed (bed sheets and cushion are included - just to be clear). So, if you want a cover it will cost you....

This hostle was average as a group of 6 travellers we did have to have 2 separate rooms. In one room there was ants in the bed and very very noisey with trains. Also is very far out and after this stay non of us shall be returning Milan - very overrated as a city

I booked a night in this hostel as part of an interailing trip with my friends. Of all the hostels we stayed in, this was quite possibly the worst. The wifi only worked in the lobby and not in our hostel room. Although we were on the 5th floor, one of the windows in our room (502) did not close...

Hello Richard and thanks for your feedback! We are really sorry if you find our hostel not easily reachable, maybe next time we could suggest you to take tram that will take you to Duomo in 15 minutes and it is very convenient! Our effort is always making our best to make our customers return and that's why we always read...

We found this hostel a priceworthy place to stay. Rooms and all common areas very clean and the staff helpful with all kinds of enquiries. The breakfast (a warm drink and a brioche) wasn' t a breakfast you're used to, but that didn't bother us. Quite near the hostel we found a supermarket where we bought things to make the...

First of all it is a HOSTEL. The staff at the reception was very helpful, we got useful information about the city. Rooms are average, the air conditioner works, did not use the wifi. They had free parking. Direct tram going to Duomo, although the tram stop is 10 mins away from the hostel. The common room was very comfy!

First of all, this is a hostel, not a hotel. So it is very basic, but also quite cheap. If you want a hotel, go somewhere else. Good sides: - price - location on a tram line going directly to Piazza di Duomo - newly built - free wifi in reception area - free linens and extra blanket, if you...

This HOSTEL is pretty average. It's very bare but you can see they have tried desperately to fit in with trendy Milan. The rooms were spacious and nice but the private bathrooms were horrible. Extremely unclean looking with a mouldy shower and no soap in the bathrooms at all. There was free parking which was good but that was about...
