We spent two nights at the gamma hotel. Its location is perfect (you can reach the city in 15 mns by metro which is near the hotel). There are also tram and bus lines (2 mns away) as well as direct shuttle to Linate airport (15 mns). Staff was okay and breakfast was fair. But our experience would have been...

Hotel Gamma is one of those decent budget hotels. The rooms are small and our double-bed room was just enough for two people. The bed had rollers at the bottom which made it move a lot. Location - It is located right next to a metro station making it very convenient to travel around. However, if you are reaching late...

Very good location of the hotel in quite, residential area, nearby Metro station. Rooms are simple decorated but clean. If you need just to overnight with good breakfast buffet and easy access to city centre - its a right one.

A pleasant weekend stay in this better than expected budget hotel. Had a friendly welcome from the smart reception, and the room was perfectly clean and quite large. TV had BBC world, and the free wifi was excellent. An additional bonus was the minibar with bottles of water at normal prices. Breakfast was a superb buffet, also most surprising and...

The hotel was all I needed (single business traveller) and was handy for the transport system. The staff was both helpful and friendly. The night-man in particular gave good advice about a short trip into town and engaged in interested conversation.

Can't really fault the hotel except that when we witnessed a guy punching his girlfriend almost right outside the hotel the hotel reception staff refused to call anyone about it "i just came on shift" was the response. An abhorrent disregard for the wellbeing of others and it's left me with very little respect for the hotel.

Lets get real, it's a budget hotel but I've stayed there a few times due to working relatively nearby. It's clean and comfortable, appropriate for the expectation. Metro is very close if you want to pop into Milan and should you happen to have a car, you can park free on the opposite side of the road, IF you can...

So it's about 85 degrees F. in Milan and the first night at Hotel Gamma we woke up to a stuffy, hot room. The staff tells us the A/C is only on from 4-10 pm daily. Even then, it's not very cool. We asked for a small electric fan and one of the staff told me, "I tried to help...

"+" - Hotel is good located. There are different places to eat. The subway station is near. Staff speaks different language. Rooms are clean. "-" - Rooms are small. Hotel doesn't have stuff to iron clothes. To a request "possible to drink tea at hotel?", an answer of staff was "I am so busy to prepare" - a but unprofessional.

Room is decent and sizable. We have not problem with the room. Toilet/shower area is clean and spotless. Toiletries were not replenished. There is an aircon and a heater in the room, but none of them was functional - either because they are not functioning at all, but they were not supposed to be functional at the time we were...
