This hotel is perfect if you´re looking for a well located place, for bussiness or fun. You can get proffesional customer service, good breakfast and good location. Rooms are small, but perfect for your travel.

Hi, I don t know about the vincinity, but very nice is the neighbourhood Navigli at some 10 minutes walking distance. Price level is average.

Sorry don't know however my experience is hotel staffs will usually promptly answer emails. And of course there's the telephone.
