I spent 3 nights at this hotel with my two girlfriends. The room was spacious and not too modern but fairly okay! The air-conditioning system was very good. Breakfast was good too! The big plus with this hotel was the staff in the lobby. I think we met about 4 different guys and all of them were so helpful and...

The hotel is very well located to the Milan train station and the Metro. From the train station it is about a 120m walk to the train station. The staff is very helpful and met requests in a timely manner. When you arrive you can ask for a map and get directions to and from the main attractions. The staff...

A perfect location if you want to stay a few nights before heading out of Bergamo Airport. 200m from Milano Centrale and also buses that leave to Bergamo/Orio Airport for just 5euro. The hotel is very centrally located, clean, modern, and has all amenities required. Staff are super helpful, friendly and speak good english which was helpful for my emerging...

The hotel wasn't bad value for what we actually paid through our booking on Late Rooms, however, had we paid full price I would have been very dissapointed. The room we had was satisfactory, but nothing special and the shower block was tiny and made it difficult to wash my hair as I couldn't easily lift my arms! All in...

I stayed there in December 2011 with my mother, my brother and my niece. I, my mother and my niece stayed in a triple room and my brother stayed in a single room. The rooms and the bathrooms had a good size. The only problem was that we asked for non smoking rooms and the triple room had a strong...

I stayed in this hotel for one night and it was the most terrible experience ever. Since the moment we arrive the front desk rep. was rude. I stayed on the second floor and the whole floor had such a bad odor it literally smelled like "dirty toilet" I guess due to the fact that there are no windows in...

Stayed there one night as a stop-over on a trip to Cinque Terre. The hotel is very close to the central station and here lies its main advantage. Our room was clean but quite oldish. The air conditioning didn't work and the night was very noisy because of the wind going through the scaffolding that was were for construction work....

It's a little more inconvenient as it is located further away from the airport shuttle drop off, compounded by some construction work going on outside the entrance of the train station, making a detour of some 10 minutes necessary. Room is fairly clean & of a good size. Although wifi is free for the first 2 hours only, connection is...

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
