Stayed at hotel twice just before the Christmas Holidays. Hotel was neat, clean and in a great location. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet had a very good variety. Right next to a metro. 2 women traveling and shopping in Italy. We felt very safe at the hotel and walking in...

When next we return to Milan we will definitely be staying here again. A special thank you to Sylvia who helped with our booking before we left Australia. We found the rooms extremely comfortable with adjustable heating and appreciated having a nespresso coffee machine in the room.

Wow it had been over 15 years since I stayed at this property before my return in December 2016 and two recent stays. Back then the CAVALIERI was a business hotel with a certain élan and chic to it that was difficult to decipher yet palpable. I ended up going elsewhere due to a steady hike in prices when price...

My family of 5 (adult children) stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of January. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Cathedral & shops. The hotel arranged a transfer pick up for us from the train station at €100. The driver was supposed to "meet & greet" us at the end of the platform (as others...

We stayed in this hotel for one night and the location was fantastic. A 5 minute walk to the Duomo and also close to all the amazing shopping strips, it was a great choice. Linen and towels were gorgeous and the staff particularly helpful, especially Isabella, who assisted us in getting the doctor for our daughter and also making another...

The location is central, close to the Duomo and steps from the main shopping streets. The breakfast was very good. Quality of cheese is outstanding. The room is ok, bathroom is fine. The problem is with the internet connection that was less than reliable.

We stayed as a couple for one night on a B&B basis in November as part of a trip to travel on the Bernina Express to Chur and on-wards to Luzerne. The hotel is located in the main central part of Milan and excellent and offers easy walking for the main attractions and sites as well as the shopping areas....

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
