Staff behavior was awful. At breakfast table, they behaved with anxiety. Of course, with their compatriots, they were quite well-behaved, but their behavior was very bad with foreign tourists. At the breakfast table, the bread was over, and I asked for bread, but they said...More

Less than a 10-minute walk from the Duomo and within walking distance of all the key sites and shops. The rooms are basic, but this is perfect as it is a great hotel to use as a base for exploring. Breakfast is limited but will...More

I had the best rest at this hotel. The bed was a dream, with its memory phone mattress my boyfriend and I got the well deserved rest our aching muscles needed. The breakfast spread was yummy, the hotel was located very close to the Duomo...More

Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient

It did not appear to be wheel chair accessible. There were a flight of stairs going down to the elevator after the concierge desk. It is a very outdated hotel. I would recommend searching for another hotel.

Better check with the hotel, but it seems like not. We had to take our suitcases for about 5 stairs before elevator.
