We found Milan a difficult city to find our way around, it was hard to get oriented and that made Casa Mia hard to find even though it shouldn't have been. Having said that, I still liked the location. There are two metro stops close so it was easy to get to the places we wanted to go from the...

Great location, 15 mins from the train station and the drop off point, of the Bergamo airport buses. Just walk from the front of the grand looking station, in a straight line, past the Westin Palace and turn left. Metro just a short walk from the hotel. Walk up a large flight of stairs to the top where reception is...

Stayed in a double bed room, the room was pretty big, air con didn't seem to work. The breakfast is grim just cereal and some very bad croissants, although they will make you coffee the espresso is nice. 10 minute walk to station 20-30 minute walk to duomo

Good location. We are used to budget accommodation but this "hotel" smells of stale smoke amongst other things and is generally dark and dingy. There is no air conditioning and the beds in our room were dirty (covered in other people's hairs). You can also hear everything from rooms around you.

We stayed for 2 nights in June and literally just slept here. There was nothing to complain about! It was clean, aircon worked perfectly and room was fairly spacious. Bathrooms fine. We found it very convenient as it was close to metro and tram stops, 15 min walk to main station and there was an inexpensive supermarket close by. I...

Stayed here for 3 nights, Receptionist is very helpful and will tell you where to go for a good time or for the main tourist spots. Room is small but heating works well, it is a very basic setup. For an expensive city this place is very good value for money. You will get what you paid for.. and as...

Had an unexpected stay in Milan and ran through this hotel. We had trouble finding a place because there were 3 or more exhibitions happening in the city at the same time, and it was the same in this hotel. Although no room are available, the reception helped us in managing our accommodation, calling other hotels to actually check any...

The room was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Howerver, we were in a room with no Wifi signal and there were no other rooms available, so we opted to move. Wifi was available in rooms closer to the router, so if you opt to stay there and want wifi try to get a room near the front...

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
