The staff are nice but they don't really speak English. The rooms are comfortable but everything is in need of an upgrade. The bar is fine. Location is good for getting into the old city. Enough tv channels but only a handful work and most are Italian. Nothing bad nothing great. We did have a complete power outage and the...

Delle Nazioni is in an area where many other hotels can be found. Milano Centrale (Milan's train station) is at 400 m and Repubblica subway station is at 500 m from hotel. Rooms are clean and silent. A good variety of items are offered for breakfast, which is served in the ground floor.

On our way from Rome, town to town we stayed in different hotels , by far this was our worst hotel. Even considering value for money ! Apparently there are few more hotels with the same name in different cities of italy . If belongs to the same owner (s) , this one needs a lot of touches . Come on...

Clean and moderately spacious double-bedroom near Milan central station (5 min walk). Bathroom seemed recently renovated and air conditioning worked well. One of the beds was quite noisy and made it difficult to fall asleep. Breakfast was average for the price range, altough coffee was from a jar!

I have just checked out after spending just 6 hours in the hotel whilst I attended a mandatory conference call. A frequent business traveler from the UK - one expects the basics when away from family. So no English speaking channels Only room service in evening is from 7pm and is an outsourced pizza which was not of a good...

I would of given the hotel a 3 star review but the blanket on my bed had pieces of long hair stuck to it. That just grossed me out asking myself do they even wash the blanket and just change the sheets. Bathroom was nice but confused as the sleeping area was a sight for sore eyes. Might of well...

We stayed in Hotel Delle Nazioni for 1 night, had a standard double room without breakfast. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the Main Train Station Milano Centrale, where you can get easily by train from both Bergamo and Malpensa Airports in about 60 min. We originally stayed in another hotel (Mennini), but were not satisfied there and...

Double Room on 2nd floor. Hotel, clean, quiet and comfortable. Reception Staff very helpful. Arrived at Midday and were able to check in straight away. Hotel is easy to find and a short walk 5-10 min from central station. Handily placed for Café Restaurants in the evening can recommend "Jumping" opposite the hotel were we ate a couple of times....

We were desperately looking for a hotel as the one we had booked in to said our room wasn't available and the replacement they found was simply vile! We had real problems finding somewhere with a cot for our 9 month old until we came across a review of this place. We had a lovely sized room, a double bed...

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
