Hi. I advise you to search for a shuttle or a train from Linate to Milano centrale from where you can take a metro to the hotel. I think a wrote in my review how to take the metro from Milano Centrale ( I came from Bergamo and it was about 1 hour). linate is the closest airport to Milano and definetelly at the airport you can be advised with the best option. I believe that you will reach Milano Centrale in no more than 20-30 minutes and by metro to the hotel the same. so probably 1 hour total ride. Hope this info helped you.
