This was a great location. The staff was very kind and sweet. We were close to the Central Milan station and walked there (with luggage) in 20 minutes. The metro located a minute from the hotel was closed as we had an EARLY departure. The room was simple, but had everything we needed.Perfect for the night we were there, but...

The hotel is small but clean and comfortable. A very basic breakfast (coffee, cereal, cookies and sliced bread and butter) is included in the room price . The staff is very helpful and friendly, they even gave us city maps and suggestions for dinner and attractions. The best of this hotel is the location, you can take a 15-20 minute...

This hotel is located in a good spot, right outside the porta venezia metro station and at the beginning of corso buenos aires. The hotel is pretty average, comfy and clean, with friendly staff. The breakfast is included but it is very basic and could/should be better.

We couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water. We could barely sleep because the window could not be closed and the room faces a busy junction. In addition, one of the shared toilets was broken. In the morning we were told that there had been no hot water the previous night because the water heater in the...

Me and my girlfriend stayed there for only one night in September 2014. We were kindly welcomed by nice service, who were very friendly and polite. Room was tiny but it didnt bother us. It's true that there should be some mirror, but one huge was in corridor. Breakfast was really enjoyable and cosy - place was small, but they...

We arrived late night. We left our luggage and went for dinner to a near restaurant. It was nice because the hostel was on the corner of the most important commercial avenue. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. I really recommend it if you are on a budget.

Stayed here on a Saturday night during a quick 36 hour trip to Milan. Unfortunately the room and the facilities were not the same as illustrated in some the photos we saw advertised online i.e. There was no common area except the lobby which had a dining table and very minimal kitchen facilities (coffee machine and a microwave). The place...

This place scores SO highly on so many points.... The young woman who owns/runs the place is exceptionally helpful and hospitable. Full of useful info and tips. Her English is impeccible as is her French which will be a bonus for so many travellers. The location is the best I could imagine. The street is pedestrian so while you are...

At first the place was a bit hard to find due to no huge signboard. But after we call the owner -Maria Grazia- she personally picked us up at 11pm! The place was just 15 meters away from underground metro. With bars and restaurants just walking distance away, the place was very homy. The place was clean, wifi included and...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
NEW MANAGEMENT FROM October 2016 Staying at the La Corte Antica Hotel Milano is like being at home. La Corte Antica Hotel Milano is located on the first floor of a palazzo from the 1850's classical architecture typical of Milan. We have maintained the classic style of the structure with modern touches, it is like being suspended between two eras. The qualified staff will be pleased to welcome you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. In the morning to start the day we offer a breakfast buffet with a wide selection of products including by request products for lactose intolerant and celiacs. We are located at the beginning of Porta Venezia in Piazza Oberdan on Corso Buenos Aires which is a famous shopping stree. In just a 15 minute walk you arrive at the center where you can discover monuments, exhibitions, bike paths, and several night clubs. Walking towards Piazza Duomo you can find the famous gardens of Sandro Montanelli, the fashion district: from Via Della Spiga to Monte Napoleone ending up in Brera, the artists' quarter. Near the Sforzesco Castle lies the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, where the famous painting, "The Last Supper" by Leonardo da Vinci is displayed. At the end of the gallery Vittorio Emanuele you'll find yourself in Piazza della Scala and a short walk from Piazza Duomo is the Navigli area where every evening you will find many late night bars. We are 15 minutes from the central station where they find the means to reach the various airports in Milan. The San Siro stadium is easily accessible by the Metro Red Line. Arriving by car is not subject to the payment of 'Ecopas, and also availability of parking to be reserved. ... more   less
