Great location and a very clean and well-appointed hotel. Very nice restaurant. Staff were very nice. Unfortunately the same can't be said of the staff at reception who were grumpy and unhelpful. They need to lighten up a bit and smile

Great, spacious, clean rooms and bathrooms- we even had a balcony overlooking a wonderful private garden. Good location, right across the famous church with Leonardo's Last Supper and close to Cadorna Station which was really convenient for buses, trains and metro. However the gentlemen at...More

I agree with the other answers that you should look into the hotels policy of adults under 18. The hotel is very simple and in a good area. It is close to train station and the main downtown area.

The air con is working and is controllable in your room via a thermostat and controller so you have the control on it. Don't know how many rooms have been renovated but to mu knowledge a large proportion has been.
