Good location with easy access to metro. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Shower is small and poorly located in the bathroom making it hard to get in and out. One night was very noisy from the bar downstairs.

Walking distance to train station and major tourist attractions. Bathroom is about outdated. Air conditioning was not working properly during our stay, could be a bit hot in the night. Apart from this, everything is fine. Receptionist is very kind and helpful.

Just returned from 5 night stay in The Hotel Fenice. It is perfectly positioned for easy access to the metro (red line right outside hotel which takes you to the Duomo & main shopping area) and the No 9 tram (outside & turn left in front of Tommy Hilfiger shop) which takes you to either to the fabulous Milan Central... We decided to come back to this hotel again because of its location and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful answering typical tourist questions: where to eat and how to go somewhere. Our room overlooked Corso Buenos Aires and presented a lovely view of Milan. The bathroom was luxurious. The ice cream and hot chocolate... More

The hotel was clean, accessible to everything, even the street was closed on Sunday for a sidewalk sale. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door was very good and their staff very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Fenice. Visitors from Toronto.

We stayed here during the Eurocucina fair in april. The price was ok although they like all other Milano hotels have a dynamic pricing during this fair. The rooms were simple but clean and the service of the employees was good. They all spoke good English.

Perfect hotel for shopping weekend, we walked everywhere! We had a room facing the street on the 4th floor which was clean and had a great view. The hotel is close to Linate airport 17 euros in a taxi or 5 euros by bus to Milan centrale station with a 20minute walk. Restaurants outside the hotel were lovely and the... More

Let me start by saying, my husband and I stayed in Milan for our honeymoon in 2013, not 2015, but being newer to Trip Advisor, I wanted to express our unpleasant situation at Hotel Fenice. Milan was our last stop on our 2 week honeymoon in Italy, and in every city we had perfect hotels, so we expected Hotel Fenice... More

We stayed for a weekend and definately give top mark as 10. Convenient transportation, 20 min walk to Plaza del Duomo, clean spacious room, VERY friendly staff - both in reception and breakfast area. Tasty breakfast and well filled bar. Definaly worth for money we paid.
