Staff at the hotel is rude and not veiling to help.
At the time of booking I put a special request which was not accommodated and when I asked why, manager simply told me that they do not have to. Before we came the hotel send me a few notifications, but none of them was mentioned impossibility of my request.
At the time of our check out they had a problem with printer and when I requested a hand written receipt, it took me a half an hour to get it.
Lokation is very good, however there are many other hotels in this area.

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet.
The room was large, comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels.
Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas.

Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

I enjoyed my stay and I was made to feel welcome at all times, nothing was too much trouble and there were many complimentary items. The hotel is in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, breakfast consisted of a great selection and my room was very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate in returning.

A really enjoyable 3 night stay in a superior room in this well presented hotel less than ten minutes easy stroll from the Piazza Duomo.
All the staff were helpful, attentive and courteous and made us very welcome. We didn't dine in the hotel but the breakfast had a nice variety of sweet and savoury options and good fresh coffee. A burst water main in the street outside caused a loss of water for half a day but the staff responded to the issue sympathetically and provided bottled water on request. We would not hesitate to choose the Brunelleschi for another trip to Milan

We stayed here for a total of 4 nights: 2 at the beginning of our northern Italy trip and 2 at the end. The hotel is perfectly located near Duomo and metro stations. Our room #102 was the ultimate in beautiful and functional Italian design. The built-in woodworking was just incredible. Nice large bathroom. The front desk staff — especially the woman with the long blond hair were very helpful. She made sure we received the same room when we checked in again two weeks later. The hotel had a breakfast buffet that included a wide selection of both hot and cold items that we really enjoyed. The breakfast room was well staffed. Overall, a very good value and well managed hotel with exceptional customer service.

The location was great and it was a very quick walk to duomo and a bunch of shopping. The castle was also not very far away. The person we checked in with was not the most pleasant person but there was another staff member that was great when I thought I was locked out of the room. The room decor/wallpaper looks like it’s from the 60s or some time period long before I was born and it would look much nicer being updated. Our toilet ran all night long for a few nights which was annoying but the maid seemed to fix it whenever she came to clean. The gym is extremely small but it’s better than nothing

This hotel has a great location, a few minutes walk to the Duomo and shopping streets. The hotel is a bit dated in decor. Rooms quite small but clean. Very corteous and professional staff. Breakfast was buffet style with more than enough choices both hot and cold.

Hotel is within walking distance of many historical buildings and places of interest. That is significant in Milan a walking city.

Staff was extremely helpful. A member even called ahead for us to our next hotel, which was above and beyond.

Room was QUIET. In the middle of Milan and we heard NOTHING. It was extraordinary. It had all the conveniences you could ask for and then some. It was clean.

Another thing that stood out was the COMPLIMENTARY mini bar. Water and soft drinks. You wouldn’t think think that was such a big deal but it is highly unusual and most appreciated. Milan is a walking city and can be very humid. A bottle of water makes all the difference especially when you come home from a long day climbing the Duomo stairs.

After many years visiting Milan we finally found a city center hotel with extremely polite staff (specially Mr Roberto at the front desk)
Congrats to the manager. Old hotel but small details are renovated so it doesn’t bother us all. My opinion for the next touch of renovation should be the duvet covers. Pillow towels and bathroom are just fine ! Breakfast well done
Totally worth the money

Does anyone know the check in and check out time?
Answer from AntoineCM
Marseille, France
Check in is 1:00pm (1300H) Check out is 12:00pm (1200H) Based on my experience, we arrived at 11am and our room was ready. The only important thing is inform them about all your request. They have the most friendly and professional staffs.

Hi, if you want to econom your money, best way is Malpensa to Milano Centrale bus, which you can find directly in front of the exit door, cost of the ticket is 8 Euro, from Milano Centrale you can reach your hotel by taxi or even by Metro, by Taxi from Milano Centrale to city center (nearby Duomo) apr. cost is 15-18 euro, by metro it's 2 euro. hope it'll help. have a nice trip :)
