Stayed here back in 2010 and glad to be back in Milan and indeed at the Four Points. The hotel and the surrounding area has changed a lot since then, the hotel is in a great location a short 7/10 minute walk from Centrale station and pretty easy to find.
Checked in quickly and allocated room on the 4th floor on the older side of the hotel which was a shame but the room itself was still nice, modern and spacious. The smart lifts are weird as you only tap the sensor and it brings you to your floor - there are no buttons in the elevator !
Room was modern and clean, the bed very comfortable as you would expect from Marriott, little touches like the kettle and the 2 complimentary waters were appreciated.
AC was easy to use and wifi easy to connect to and it worked very well. Sound proofing was great and did not hear any street noise plus the blackout blinds were good too.
Bathroom had not been modernized except for the smoked mirror which frankly I did not like, I used the full length mirror in the wardrobe instead. Plenty of towels and shampoo / shower dispenser fixed to the wall. Also plenty of counter space in the bathroom.
Breakfast was not included in my rate this time and a tad expensive at €15 per person per day so declined - there are several places to have breakfast nearby so you will not have any problem getting something in the morning. The hotel bar was expensive - €12 for a campari soda / €4 for a small beer , unless on expenses probably best to drink elsewhere .
Staff were all helpful and friendly , bags were stored without hesitation at checkout. The view from the 12th floor over the surrounding area is amazing so do check it out. Gioia metro is minutes away which connects you with the rest of the city or make the 25/30 minute walk to the Duomo if it's a nice day. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in Milano if the price was right.

Location of hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Milan Central Train station and a 3 minute walk to another metro station that connects you to the rest of the city easily within 3-4 stops. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Room service is super nice and professional... they have the best Veal Milanese. Breakfast buffet covers all one can eat in the morning and the staff are great too.. I would definitely advise anyone to stay there!

First of all I would like to start with two positives. The lady behind the bar was very professional and looked after customers very well. Also, the gentleman who arranged for me to get a pizza when I arrived late was life saviour, thank you.
Unfortunately that’s the only positives from my stay. The room is small stuffy and incredibly hot, it is impossible to sleep and felt like hot air is being constantly pumped into the room. The shower only provided cold water and the hotel were unable to provide any room amenities I asked for.
The front desk staff barely acknowledged customers. On check out I used the mobile check out for a quick departure. Only to be chased down the street demanding I come back and check out. The only time anyone said anything to me my whole stay when they needed payment. Why my mobile checkout wasn’t sufficient I don’t know?
Overall not a memorable stay and safe to say I will choose another hotel on my return to Milan.
I would have liked to discuss this with the manager but unfortunately could not get their details. If the manager picks this up please respond to me privately.

I have stayed in this property for many years. Before the renovation and after. The people and the service has not changed, it is the same great caring, professional hospitality treatment that this establishment is proudly maintaining. From my last visit, especially memorable were Antonella and Valeria at front desk. While the layout of the building stayed the same, fairly classic size room layout, everything has been refurbished so the place feels and looks new. It definitely has the Milan design chic feel. There are plenty communal areas suitable for coffee with friends or a business meeting. Breakfast is highly recommending, it offers a great variety and quality of both food and beverages. The staff at the hotel are doing a great job from housekeeping keeping the rooms tidy, clean and welcoming to the front desk who are more than happy to help with any request even if they are out of the ordinary such as organising a bouquet of flowers for a friend's birthday or ordering cakes for special events, special taxis, or courier to receive packages. On a business trip it is definitely my home away from home. I have also visited the property with my family and despite it being a city business hotel type, which means it does not have a swimming pool or a very large gym type amenities, our stays were always pleasant and memorable. My two constructive comments would be that the gym air-condition facility must be improved as when several people train together in Milan summer days, the current infrastructure is not sufficient (in the actual Hotel rooms it is very sufficient). Booking in advance is highly recommended because during high occupancy the prices could be tripled and therefore the prices could feel less value for money. The location is great, plenty of restaurants around and great staff, what more can you ask for! Great for a city break.

While this is a newly renovated property and quite nice & trendy in its decor, they (in my opinion) missed quite a bit. The staff was always friendly & quite helpful with our problems, but dealing with them before they happen is the proper way.
We stayed in a suite, however we over 8 nights consistently ran out of tp and had to call on multiple occasions.
We also ran out of the wall mounted jugs of shampoo & body gel. It’s not like they’re the mini bottles, they’re at least a liter!!! But yes, we ran out.
The Wi-Fi reminded me of dial up connections of yesteryear. They gave me upgraded access, which I should have had, but alas it was just as slow. Unfortunately, I could not complete my work and had to grab Wi-Fi in a local cafe.
One night after running around all day, we decided to eat at the property. As a 40yr Classically (CIA) trained chef, they need to reevaluate their menu and stop trying so hard to be different.
This property has amazing potential given its central location to the train station & of course The Temple of Speed, Monza, but management needs to get it in order.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel with explore rate and it was a really good choice. The hotel is situated aprox 30 minutes by walk from the city centre but the metro station is almost next to the hotel (3 min). What we aprecciated a lot is the location.. the hotel is very quiet..no trams, no traffic around the hotel. Lara at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Also all the staff in the restaurant is very polite and nice. During the breakfast Verity takes care of all the guests and we felt very attended. She really like her job. I recommend this hotel for sure.

Stayed four nights in May. Great hotel. Good value. Newly renovated, modern, close to Milano Centrale (10 minute walk), safe area. About 30 min walk to Duomo. We took day trips to Como, so wanted to be closer to train station. Executive Queen room is modern, quiet, spacious, ample closet and storage space. Lots of USB chargers. Bed/pillows comfortable. Bathroom is small but, modern, shower has strong water pressure, decent counter space. A few negatives -- the shower tile grout had some mold, sink did not drain well and shower gel bottle would not stay on tile. Also, our room had a small leak from air vent when it rained, but it was only for an hour and did not bother us too much. Liked the elevators - had many and didn't have to wait. Key system to access elevator was nice. Recommend adding breakfast. Nice variety of items, lots of fresh fruit, pastries, beverages. Francesco made the best capuccino! Would stay again if we return to Milan.

I have stayed in the Sheraton four points in Milano for several years and I’ve always found to be convenient exceptionally clean, located in an area with good restaurants in within walking distance of the Duomo in other areas if you’d like to walk. It is directly within two minutes of crushing to streets to the central Milan train station, which then makes it easy for anyone to go anywhere in Italy or Europe from the hotel. In the hotel for breakfast, as well as other meals, and found them to be exceptional with the quality of the food to be as expected in italy and the service has always been impeccable. The Internet has always been available and the and rates have always been exceptional. The reservation staff on the front desk that as well as all of the employees at the hotel are friendly and courteous and speak several languages. If you’re looking for a small, modern comfortable centrally, located hotel in the Sheraton, four points should be your destination in Milan, check it out. I’m sure you’ll feel like you’re home the amenities.

The Duo Milan hotel was recently renovated and feels very fresh. The AC in the guest rooms works GREAT, but the hotel hallways and lobby does not get much AC. The lobby was particularly hot and uncomfortable. Breakfast is pretty good in the restaurant, but the service can sometimes be spotty, like any typical busy hotel. Be sure to get an aperitivo at the hotel lobby cafe (every day except Sunday), but you may want to sit outside (also in the summer heat) since inside the lobby is very uncomfortable due to the lack of AC. A great value that includes your choice of drink with some small bites. The hotel charges a flat fee daily rate for valet parking, which is helpful so that you dont have to worry about your car. They will also get it for you free of charge (in/out privileges) if you need to use it during your stay (there is a public lot across the street from the hotel, but we chose to valet park our car for the safety and convenience of not having to put money into the meter every morning. Although we didn't use the in/out privileges of the valet parking, I appreciated that they offer this service (just keep in mind if you need your car, they suggest 20-30 mins advance notice so that they can go get your car for you (everything is slow in Italy). Housekeeping is great and the hotel is very clean. Fitness center is all the way down in the basement and fairly small. The front desk claimed they provided me an upgrade (yes, from a Queen size bed room to a King Size bed room, but the room was still very small. Overall I would suggest this hotel to anyone that is part of the Marriott Bonvoy program.

They are up a hill pretty remote from anything else you would want to do . I didn’t have the best customer experience there. I asked to stay and use the facility for a few hours and they said no you have to leave the property after check out and we can store your bag ( the thing is. They are way far away from anything you would be doing and they are perched way up a hill -so leaving your bags there just doesn’t make any sense. I personally wouldn’t stay there again . Most of the staff is nice but there’s one lady who is clearly in charge and she just has zero customer service.
I would definitely recommend that you have another bed placed in the room. The room is of minimal size I believe they have two or three large rooms that you might try and reserve where there may be two beds in a room and a pull out. I think you should check with the hotel And if that doesn’t work, you should seek other accommodations.
There are more places to choose from in the Milan area.
